Members of ACAC may establish and register a professional corporation, but the decision should be based on expert advice from an appropriate professional, i.e., accountant or lawyer.

Professional Corporation Permit Application
An ACAC professional corporation certificate is valid for one year, expiring on September 30 each year. Each ACAC member is responsible for ensuring their certificate is renewed each year.
