To ensure a full, fair and complete investigation, complaints must be filed in writing by the person making the complaint. Verbal complaints from unidentified complainants cannot be accepted.
The complainant must provide the following to have their complaint investigated.
1. Complainant's full name, address & telephone number.
2. Detailed description of the complaint including the
name of the chiropractor involved.

Complaints filed with the ACAC will be handled and processed in a timely manner as set out in the Health Professions Act.
