The ACAC Complaints Director, Hearing Tribunal, Complaints Review Committee and complaint investigators are responsible for complaints and discipline. The Tribunal and investigators are keenly aware of legislative responsibilities and strive to:

 

 

The ACAC is responsible for investigating and resolving complaints about chiropractors. Upon receipt of a complaint, the ACAC will:

 

 

The chiropractor in question will be required to provide the Registrar's office with all relevant information and provide an explanation to the complaint. Once all information has been gathered, it will be reviewed by the Complaints Director. The Complaints Director will determine if the complaint will proceed to the Hearing Tribunal for further action.
