Membership Renewal Details
- Manual Renewal Members:
- Renewal period: May 15, 2025 - June 30, 2025
- To keep uninterrupted access to benefits and resources, all members must renew their membership by June 30.
- If you recently joined or opted out of auto-renewal, expect an email on May 15 with renewal instructions.
- Auto-Renewal Members:
- Notification: Receive an email 30 days prior to your renewal date.
- Hassle-free renewal on your purchase anniversary date.
- Your credit card will be charged automatically, ensuring uninterrupted access to all benefits.

*If you purchased your New Graduate Membership after July 1st, 2024, you are eligible to renew as a New Graduate for an additional year.
Important:
- A membership cycle runs from July 1 to June 30, where all memberships must be renewed by June 30th.
- Membership fees are not refundable, as stated in the Association Bylaws.
