Marketplace Advertising Opportunities

To ensure your ad meets guidelines, please follow these requirements:

• Word limit: Keep your ad under 500 words for clarity and readability.
• Content: Make sure your ad falls within the scope of chiropractic-related events, products, or services (see: Will my Marketplace Ad be reviewed before its posted?).
• Links: You may include trackable links (e.g., UTM‑tagged URLs) to monitor engagement and conversions.
• No media: Images, graphics, and videos are not permitted in Marketplace ads.
• Ad clarity: Provide precise, detailed information about your offering so readers quickly understand what you’re promoting.
• Contact details: Include clear, direct contact information (email, phone number, or website) to ensure members can reach you easily.

Yes. All ad content is reviewed by the Marketplace administrator before it is posted. If your ad does not fall within the scope of chiropractic‑related events, products, or services permitted in the Marketplace, you will receive a full refund.

The following types of ads will not be approved for the Marketplace:

• General consumer products unrelated to chiropractic practice
• Non‑clinical job postings unrelated to chiropractic or regulated health professions
• Events, courses, or training that are not evidence‑based
• Unproven or non–evidence‑supported therapies, products, or claims
• Multi‑level marketing (MLM) products or recruitment opportunities
• Business promotions not tailored to chiropractic clinics
• Services unrelated to healthcare, professional practice, or clinic operations
• Personal items for sale

If you’re unsure whether your content qualifies, consider whether the ad:

• Directly benefits chiropractic practice
• Serves chiropractors, their clinics, or their patients
• Relates to professional development for chiropractors

If the answer is no, the ad likely does not meet the criteria.

The administrator may make small formatting or spacing adjustments to your ad, but they will not provide strategic input or verify the accuracy of your content. If you need to make changes after submitting your ad, please contact the administrator. Be aware that revisions may require purchasing a new ad.

Ads remain active for 30 days from the posting date. You can also purchase an additional month during your initial order if you wish to extend the ad duration.

The Marketplace is an exclusive benefit for members of the Chiropractic Association of Alberta. As a result, all listings are accessible only within the member portal and are not displayed to the public or to non‑members.
