Celebrating 55 Years of Dedication: Dr. Richard Gehrke

At the Commitment to Care Conference, we proudly recognized Dr. Richard Gehrke for 55 years of dedicated service in the chiropractic profession.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1970, Dr. Gehrke has served the Rocky Mountain House community for decades. Certified in physiotherapy, acupuncture, and clinical nutrition, he brings a comprehensive and inclusive approach to patient care.

Dr. Gehrke fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening Mountain Health with his daughter and partner, Dr. Tanis, and his wife, Jan. Though Dr. Tanis passed away shortly after the clinic’s opening, her legacy lives on through the clinic’s collaborative care model. Welcoming his granddaughter, Dr. Teneal Mofford, to the team has been a highlight, continuing the family’s chiropractic tradition.
