Championing Safe Care: Dr. Rachel Schuster

At the Commitment to Care Conference, we proudly presented the Patient Safety Award to Dr. Rachel Schuster, recognizing her long-standing commitment to patient safety, professional excellence, and regulatory leadership.

With more than two decades in practice, Dr. Schuster has built a reputation for thorough assessment, patient education, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Whether caring for patients in clinical practice or teaching future practitioners, she consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to safe, high-quality care.

Her impact extends beyond patient care through nearly 30 years of service with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. As an examiner, Quality Assurance contributor, and now Chair, she has played an important role in supporting professional standards and helping ensure future chiropractors are prepared to provide safe and effective care.
